Key Responsibilities
- Supervise, coach, and motivate field sales agents to achieve daily and monthly sales targets. Plan and execute sales strategies for fiber broadband products within assigned territories.
- Monitor team performance, track KPIs, and prepare regular sales reports. Conduct ride-alongs, field assessments, and on-the-job training to improve sales effectiveness.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, sales processes, and ethical standards.
- Handle escalated customer issues and support agents in closing high-value deals.
- Collaborate with management on market intelligence, competitor analysis, and territory expansion.
Requirements
- Minimum of 4 years’ experience in sales, with at least 1–2 years in fiber telecom or broadband sales.
- Proven experience leading or supervising a sales team.
- Strong knowledge of fiber broadband products, installation processes, and customer onboarding.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and reporting skills.
- Ability to work in the field and manage multiple locations.
- OND/HND/BSc in any discipline
