What You'll Do:• Develop and manage assigned product, serving as single point of contact, and owning product strategy, roadmap, and execution of end-to-end processes.• Build and maintain a level of technical knowledge about the assigned products and services supported; act as the SME resource and point of contact for internal partners accountable for driving the overall experience direction.• Work collaboratively with cross matrix partners to gather market intelligence about products, pricing, positioning, value propositions, channel conflicts/opportunities to inform development / implementation of winning strategies and tactics.• Leverage competitive insights, market knowledge, and business acumen to create a vision for their supported products and services as well as a multi-year plan (or roadmap) to achieve it, with the goal of maximizing the value created over the short and long-term.• Create, distribute, and educate sales teams (internal and external) with effective tools and materials that articulate the value proposition of assigned products and services; ongoing consultation as needed.• Develop B2B strategies in partnership with Marketing to provide critical product information and consultation to clients and brokers.• Responsible for key initiatives and critical functions in support of the roadmap in support of profitable growth (including new sales, in force growth, persistency, enrollment and participation results); lead cross-functional team(s) to deliver on the roadmap as they drive the work across the company end-to-end throughout the product lifecycle• Ability to leverage internal data and metrics to build their knowledge and drive effective business decisions; make business cases as needed to secure funding and organizational buy-in.
What You'll Bring:• Bachelor's degree in business, health management or related field; with a minimum of 8 years of experience in the group insurance industry.• Proven track record of developing strong relationships with matrix partners, distribution and vendors.• Ability to identify strategic needs and lead with little or no direction, resource key projects, and drive sound business direction based on market findings.• Open minded and creative - seeks 'out of box' solutions. • Ability to provide leadership and direction to cross-functional teams to ensure successful outcomes.• Ability to drive results for multiple key objectives simultaneously and prioritize the work.• Goal oriented and personally accountable; resourceful and self-directed.• Ability to work effectively in dynamic, rapidly changing, team-based environment.• Act with agility and start up mentality; be prepared to engage quickly, switch gears, and take the next best action.

Location & Work Model:
Hybrid setup with flexibility to work remotely for Iowa candidates. There is expected occasional travel to New York, Philadelphia, or other strategic collaboration locations.

Pay Transparency
Salary range: $119,000 - $175,000 (New York City, Philadelphia) // $119,000 - $155,000 (Chattanooga, Iowa)
Overtime eligible: Exempt
Discretionary bonus eligible: Yes
Sales bonus eligible: No
Actual base salary will be determined based on several factors but not limited to individual's experience, skills, qualifications, and job location. Additionally, employees are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. In addition to base salary, employees may also be eligible to participate in an incentive program.
