Client Relationship Executive- Personal Care
As a Client Success Manager, you will be in a dynamic, client-facing role responsible for developing and maintaining deep relationships with our clients in our Personal Care line of business. The Client Success Manager will use a programmatic approach to deliver processes and best practices to our clients. This role ensures that our clients receive the highest possible return on investment and satisfaction from our suite of solutions and services. You’ll be developing deep relationships with clients, attend Quarterly Business Reviews, and be the single point of contact for key stakeholders throughout the lifecycle of the partnership. An in-depth understanding of Personal Care will allow you to be a key strategic, cross-functional partner for clients and internal stakeholders. You’ll work to provide a strategic, analytical approach to ensuring client success and ensure strong partnerships for years to come in a growing organization. Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 3+ years of professional, strategic relationship-building experience
- 3+ years of Personal Care,Home Care or Healthcare experience
- Ability to travel up to 25%
- Must live in access to a major US/ Canada airport
Preferred Requirements:
- Master’s Degree
- 6+ years of Client Relationship experience
- 6+ years of Healthcare IT experience
- Analytics experience
- Training and/or public speaking experience; software/technology training experience is strongly preferred
