Serve as primary client contact for medical coders: provide training, conduct coding reviews and audits, give coding compliance feedback, escalate issues, and collaborate with internal teams to improve coding quality and client satisfaction.

Design and implement LLM- and agent-based pipelines to extract, standardize, and validate clinical information from unstructured healthcare text. Build evaluation frameworks and agentic tools for natural-language querying and dashboarding, partner with platform and Life Sciences stakeholders, monitor and improve extraction quality, and ensure responsible handling and de-identification of sensitive health data.
