Serve as primary client contact for medical coders: provide training, conduct coding reviews and audits, give coding compliance feedback, escalate issues, and collaborate with internal teams to improve coding quality and client satisfaction.

The role supports Home Health and Hospice Professional Services, requires Salesforce proficiency as preferred experience, and involves travel up to 50%.

Build and optimize SQL-based extracts in BigQuery, translate CMS methodologies into analytics, validate metrics against CMS benchmarks, investigate data quality, prepare outputs for BI tools, and collaborate with product and engineering teams.
