We are looking for a Customer Project Manager (CPM) to lead network swap and modernization projects for telecom operators in the Philippines. The role will be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of network transformation projects, including planning, execution, subcontractor management, and customer engagement.
The CPM will ensure that swap activities including site survey, material delivery, installation, integration, and acceptance are executed according to project scope, timelines, and quality standards. This role requires strong coordination with engineering teams, subcontractors, and customers to support large-scale network upgrades and rollout initiatives.
What you will do
- Manage end-to-end telecom network swap projects, including planning, execution, monitoring, and project closure.
- Develop and maintain project implementation schedules covering site acquisition, site survey, material delivery, installation, integration, swap activities, and site acceptance.
- Coordinate with engineering, design, transmission, and integration teams to ensure site readiness and smooth project execution.
- Oversee installation, integration, and upgrade activities across multiple telecom sites.
- Manage subcontractors and field teams, ensuring quality workmanship and adherence to project timelines.
- Conduct regular project monitoring, reporting, and performance tracking to ensure milestones are achieved.
- Coordinate with customer project implementation teams and operations teams to ensure alignment and timely issue resolution.
- Facilitate Technical Site Survey Reports (TSSR) and ensure technical requirements are fulfilled before implementation.
- Manage ROW (Right of Way) and design support activities for fiber and network infrastructure rollout.
- Ensure successful site integration, swap execution, and acceptance approvals from the customer.
- Organize training and technical guidance for subcontractors related to installation, integration, and site implementation standards.
- Conduct weekly project review meetings with project stakeholders and subcontractors.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards, safety regulations, and telecom deployment best practices.
You will bring
- Bachelor's degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering (ECE) or related engineering field.
- Minimum 10+ years of experience in telecom network deployment or swap projects.
- Strong experience in telecom network rollout, installation, integration, and modernization projects.
- Experience managing large-scale telecom infrastructure projects (4G/5G rollout, fiber backbone, and access networks).
- Proven experience in subcontractor management and field team coordination.
- Experience working with telecom vendors (Huawei, Nokia, Ericsson, etc.) and telecom operators.
- Knowledge of Technical Site Survey (TSSR), site readiness processes, and telecom implementation workflows.
- Strong stakeholder management and customer relationship skills.
