Role - Customer Account Specialist, Gov't & Military Division
Performs a wide variety of duties related to the administration of military customer accounts and government contracts according to established policies and procedures in order to ensure smooth flow of daily transactions.
Upon completion of the probationary period, you have the option to join our 9/80 work schedule which gives our Team Members every other Friday off.

Preferred QualificationsDuties & Responsibilities:
- Manages assigned accounts by serving as the main point of contact to help customers by, answering customer inquiries via phone or email, resolving any customer issues, and processing of customer estimates & orders.
- Performs Contract review on all customer orders for accuracy
- Manage customer account information, including updating billing information, shipping instructions and any other necessary information
- Manages the setup of new accounts including export compliance screening and end user information
- Utilizes INFOR Syteline ERP system for customer orders and estimate processing
- Answers incoming phone calls in call loop
- Maintaining open order report and work to hit monthly numbers
- Coordinating all inquiries between Finance, Supply Chain, Warehouse and Quality Department
- Perform other related duties as assigned
