Job Purpose and Impact
The CRM / LEAP Specialist is part of the Commercial Operations & Enablement team and supports the development, management and continuous improvement of Customer Relationship Management tools (LEAP / CRM) and related business processes that enable Sales and customer‑facing teams to operate efficiently and effectively.
Under close supervision, this role acts as a specialist for CRM applications, translating business needs into system support, process improvements and user guidance. The role collaborates cross functionally to ensure CRM tools are effectively adopted, data is reliable, users are trained, and continuous improvements are delivered in line with business objectives.
Key Accountabilities
  • CRM FUNCTIONAL SUPPORT & IMPROVEMENT: Supports the development, management and optimization of CRM (LEAP) tools and related business processes in partnership with Sales Enablement, Operations and Technology teams to improve system effectiveness and user performance.
  • BUSINESS & PROCESS ANALYSIS: Assists in gathering and analyzing business requirements, identifying process gaps, usability issues and improvement opportunities within CRM tools and related workflows.
  • SYSTEM IMPLEMENTATION & SUPPORT: Participates in preplanning, user readiness, testing, data validation, go live, hyper care stabilization and ongoing support activities for CRM applications and enhancements.
  • USER TRAINING & CHANGE SUPPORT: Supports preparation of training materials, documentation and communication to assist end users in effective adoption of CRM tools; independently solves moderately complex issues with minimal supervision, while escalating more complex issues to appropriate staff.
  • COLLABORATION: Collaborates with internal business partners, sales teams and regional or local technology support teams to align CRM solutions with business needs and operational goals.
  • DATA & METRICS SUPPORT: Assists in monitoring system usage, data quality and performance metrics to support process stability, continuous improvement and business decision making.
  • DOCUMENTATION DEVELOPMENT: Supports preparation and maintenance of process documentation, user guides and functional documentation related to CRM tools and workflows.

Qualifications
  • No minimum years of relevant experience required. Typically reflects 2 years or more of relevant experience.
  • Fluent in English
  • Experience providing internal customer service
  • Basic understanding of our business processes and system functionality
  • Builds partnerships and works collaboratively with others to meet shared objectives

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with Customer Relationship Management tools (LEAP / CRM)
  • Change management or project experience
