Waltonen Engineering is seeking a dedicated Creo Instructor/Designer to join our team! 
Responsibilities

  • Operate under the supervision of Waltonen Engineering Manager
  • Mentor and collaborate with the design team to troubleshoot and resolve Creo-related challenges, fostering a supportive and knowledgeable environment
  • Design and check 3D models for defense vehicles, utilizing Creo to ensure accuracy and compliance with specifications
  • Deliver comprehensive course instruction and demonstrations for Creo learners, both in-person and online as needed
  • Stay updated with the latest Creo features, tools, and industry trends to enhance instructional content
  • Propose innovative class offerings to the Engineering Manager as required
  • Participate in mandatory orientation and complete all compliance training
  • Provide instruction and guidance as required, with the flexibility to undertake local travel to support operational needs and ensure the highest standards of Creo training across various locations


Qualifications

  • Proven expertise in Creo software for design, modeling, and checking
  • Experience in instructing or training individuals in Creo
  • Ability to troubleshoot and assist Detailers and Designers with Creo-related challenges
  • Aptitude for teaching (onsite or virtual), ensuring a quality learning experience 
  • Demonstrated instructional skills and experience
  • Exceptional communication abilities to effectively teach technical concepts to a diverse audience
  • Must be a team player with strong collaborative skills
  • Willingness to engage in local travel on an occasional basis
  • Ability to work between 40-60 hours per week based on project demands
  • Must be willing to work remotely on Saturdays on an as-needed basis to meet customer demands
  • Only United States citizens can be considered
  • Must possess or be able to obtain a security clearance


Preferred Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience
  • An Associate’s Degree or higher in Engineering or a related field
