Ready to be part of the experience?

Now, let’s discuss this role and what you will do to help achieve Fever’s mission.

About Fever

At Fever, we create and produce experiences that bring millions of people together through culture, entertainment and live events. From globally scalable original productions to bespoke experiences for some of the world's leading brands, we're redefining how audiences engage with entertainment.

As our portfolio continues to grow, we're looking for a Creative Director who can transform opportunities into compelling, commercially viable experiences—whether that's imagining the next scalable Fever Original or crafting a unique concept for a strategic client.

About the Role

As Creative Director, you will lead the creative development of new live experiences across two complementary areas.

On one side, you'll help shape the future of Fever's Strategic Scalable Initiatives (SSI), creating concepts that can successfully launch and grow across multiple international markets.

On the other, you'll partner with Fever for Business to develop bespoke creative proposals for clients looking to deliver unique experiences for their employees, customers or brands.

You'll combine creativity with strategic thinking, translating briefs into compelling concepts that are both emotionally engaging and operationally realistic. Working closely with Production, Business Development and Project Management teams, you'll ensure ideas are ambitious enough to inspire while remaining grounded in production realities.

This role requires exceptional conceptual thinking, outstanding presentation skills and a strong understanding of experiential production.

What You'll Own

You will be responsible for:

  • Creating original concepts for scalable live experiences and strategic client opportunities.
  • Developing compelling narratives, guest journeys and creative frameworks.
  • Translating briefs into clear, visually engaging presentations and client proposals.
  • Validating concepts alongside Production teams to ensure feasibility and scalability.
  • Contributing to Fever's long-term pipeline of original experiences and creative capabilities.
Key ResponsibilitiesExperience Concept Development
  • Create original concepts for live experiences and events across entertainment, culture and branded experiences.
  • Design compelling guest journeys, storytelling frameworks and immersive moments.
  • Translate market trends, cultural insights and client needs into commercially relevant concepts.
  • Develop scalable experience formats that can be adapted across different markets without losing their creative integrity.
Client & Business Development Support
  • Partner with Fever for Business and Commercial teams to respond to client briefs and RFPs.
  • Rapidly develop creative responses, mood boards, narratives and presentation decks.
  • Present concepts confidently to internal stakeholders and external clients.
  • Balance creative ambition with commercial objectives and client expectations.
Creative Strategy
  • Continuously explore emerging entertainment formats, technologies and consumer trends.
  • Identify opportunities for new scalable concepts that strengthen Fever's portfolio.
  • Contribute to the creative vision and long-term evolution of Fever Originals.
  • Help define creative methodologies, templates and best practices across the team.
Production Collaboration
  • Work closely with Production teams to validate concepts throughout development.
  • Understand production constraints and adapt creative ideas accordingly.
  • Ensure concepts are exciting, executable and financially viable.
  • Support early feasibility discussions by considering venues, technology, logistics and operational complexity from the outset.
Communication & Storytelling
  • Build high-quality presentations that communicate ideas clearly and persuasively.
  • Structure narratives that resonate with both clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Translate complex creative ideas into simple, engaging stories.
  • Inspire confidence through clear communication, visual thinking and strategic recommendations.
About You

You're a highly conceptual creative who enjoys solving problems through experiences. You're equally comfortable starting with a blank page or responding to a demanding client brief, and you know how to turn ideas into compelling stories that people immediately understand.

You naturally think about both creativity and execution—asking not only "Is this exciting?" but also "Can we actually build it?"

You thrive in fast-paced environments where priorities shift quickly, and you're energised by working across multiple industries, brands and entertainment formats.

Experience & SkillsRequired

  • A natural storyteller with exceptional creative judgement.
  • Fast, structured and comfortable working under tight deadlines.
  • Commercially minded, understanding that great ideas also need to succeed as a business.
  • Collaborative and ego-free, bringing together different perspectives to create stronger work.
  • Comfortable moving between blue-sky ideation and practical execution.
  • Passionate about creating experiences that audiences remember long after they've left.

What We Do

Fever is the leading global tech-enabled entertainment discovery platform with a clear mission: to inspire through live entertainment. Our mobile-first marketplace allows both discovery/inspiration and seamless 2-click booking. Fever has also created a media network where our online communities can look for inspiration and local information (Secret Media Network owner of media outlets like Secret NYC, Secret London or Madrid Secreto among others). Fever and its Secret Media Network inspires over 60 million people every month to discover the best experiences in their cities. The preferences expressed by these communities allow us to create new experiences, which we call “Fever Originals”. These are proprietary experiences in which we follow a data-driven content creation strategy, using analytics to understand audiences, develop and optimize new formats. Some successful examples include the “Candlelight Concert Series” attended by over 3 million guests, the Los Angeles based “Stranger Things: The Drive-Into Experience” co-produced with Netflix, or the “Mad Hatter G&T Party”, all launched in multiple cities across the world. Fever is a US company with a team of over 800 people, currently present in more than 80 cities, with offices in many exciting cities such as New York, Los Angeles, Chicago, London, Paris, Madrid, Barcelona, or Sydney, and is backed by leading institutional investors, including Rakuten Capital, Accel, and Atresmedia among others. In order to pursue this objective we are looking for bar-raisers, people that want to work hard, have fun, and make history with us. Available for iOS and Android.
