We are looking for a Customer Project Manager (CPM) to lead the delivery of CME (Civil Mechanical Electrical), and CSP (Cell Site Power) projects supporting telecom network rollout and modernization across the Philippines.
You will be responsible for end-to-end project delivery, ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget, while maintaining strong collaboration with engineering teams, subcontractors, tower companies, and telecom operators.
What you will do
- Lead end-to-end delivery of CME, Transmission, and CSP telecom projects.
- Manage project lifecycle from planning, implementation, integration, to site acceptance (PAC/FAC).
- Coordinate civil works, power implementation, transmission rollout, and site readiness activities.
- Manage subcontractors, vendors, and field teams to ensure quality and timely delivery.
- Monitor project schedules, KPIs, risks, and milestones.
- Engage with customers and stakeholders through regular project updates and progress reporting.
- Ensure compliance with engineering standards, safety requirements, and contractual obligations.
You will bring
- Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
- 10+ years of experience in telecom network deployment or infrastructure projects.
- Experience in CME implementation, transmission rollout, or cell site deployment.
- Proven track record managing multi-site telecom projects and subcontractors.
- Experience working with telecom vendors (Ericsson, Huawei, Nokia) and telecom operators.
- Strong understanding of telecom rollout processes including TSSR, installation, integration, and acceptance.
