Role overview:
SIE aims to support PlayStation as the Best Place to Play and Work by improving global collaboration through IT systems. The SIE IT – IT Foundational Services department implements, enhances and supports products and services that underpin PlayStation’s business operations. COUPA is a strategic solution in this space, and the platform currently comprises SAP S/4HANA, BW, IBP and COUPA. We are looking for an experienced and hands-on COUPA Technical/Functional Lead to drive, manage and support the delivery of technical solutions to ensure that the platform continues to meet the needs of SIE globally.
What you will be doing:
- Lead the design and development of new architecture and major functional upgrades released by COUPA for the most advanced capabilities of the COUPA Platform.
- Build solid expertise of the entire COUPA application suite and leverage this knowledge to better design application and data frameworks for SIE.
- Adhere to COUPA iterative development processes to deliver concrete value each release while driving longer-term technical vision.
- Act as the sounding board for architecture standards and patterns, with a demonstrated passion for advocating their accurate usage and excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
- Participate in defect analysis for maintenance releases to ensure robust functional resolution to customer-facing issues.
- Own the prioritization, management, and reporting of progress against identified Finance initiatives.
- Work closely with the SAP and MuleSoft team to define requirements for E2E flow.
- Validate the approach for delivery of system changes to ensure accurate testing and documentation is completed.
- Contribute to interface design and coordinate and assist with integration testing as required.
- As required, work closely with internal and third-party technical teams to analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve production issues across the SAP platform.
