The Foundational Business Technology group is seeking a Solution Lead dedicated to refining our technical analysis processes and enhancing the configuration and integration with our production desktop platforms including Customer Service Representatives (CSR) Desktop, Field Service Desktop, and Agent Desktop based on Salesforce and AWS. This individual will play a crucial role in identifying opportunities for improvement, analyzing trends related to our key journeys across multiple constituencies, and ensuring delivery excellence by integrating these insights into our execution practices.
The Solution Lead will collaborate closely with Delivery Leads, Architects, and Development Leads within the Value Stream, as well as our Application Support partners and key leaders across the Centers for Enablement supporting AI, data, and DevOps practices. You will ensure consistency across teams and initiatives by adhering to best practices and adopting modern capabilities that enhance efficiency and quality. The ideal candidate is a hands-on, strategic thinker with expertise in software delivery, development best practices, production support best practices, and has a strong orientation towards technical analysis and configuration.
What You'll Do:• Assess the existing configuration tools and processes to provide expertise and best practices that could materialize into opportunities across delivery and operations• Own technical analysis, configuration, and development outcomes in coordination with delivery leads, architects, and development leads• Ensure technology outcomes are "fit for purpose" for business needs• Develop the roadmap of enhancements, modernization and new capability enablement and drive execution of the roadmap across multiple disciplines, teams and trains• Develop ongoing process for insight collection, ongoing intersection into the SDLC and align to the culture of continuous improvement• Define and evolve analysis, configuration, and development standards. Ensure they are well understood within the teams and are consistently being applied• Drive continuous improvements in delivery and operations to improve experience and proactively identify potential areas of concern• Champion best practices of modern, Agile practices for software development methods, tools, and operational oversight• Business & Technology Skills: Strong analytical and configuration skills, data-driven decision-making approach, proficient in Agile software delivery with deep expertise in modern configuration and development practices and production observability. Knowledge and expertise in Salesforce and AWS best practices.
What You'll Bring:• Experience leading business, data, system, and technical analysis• Experience with setting best practices and goals for improving code quality, maintainability, security, and scalability• Ability to provide leadership, vision and direction for the Value Stream• Capable of ensuring technical design meets business needs and the impacts to the architectural runway are understood• Capable of driving outcomes are "fit for purpose" for business needs
Required Skills:• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field• 7+ years of experience in technical analysis, configuration, software delivery or related fields.• Proven track record of leadership in technology with a focus on execution• Deep understanding of technology lifecycle management and technology standards processes.• Strong collaboration skills, with a history of working across federated teams and centers for enablement• Proficiency in Agile methodologies, backlog management, and product lifecycle management• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.• Experience with data governance and enterprise data quality initiatives is highly desirable• Experience with Salesforce and Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
Pay Transparency
Salary Range: $144,000-$205,500
Overtime eligible: Exempt
Discretionary bonus eligible: Yes
Sales bonus eligible: No
Actual base salary will be determined based on several factors but not limited to individual's experience, skills, qualifications, and job location. Additionally, employees are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. In addition to base salary, employees may also be eligible to participate in an incentive program.
