Role Overview:
As Corporate Vice President, Product Solutions Communications, you will own the Product Solutions communications strategy and roadmap, setting the overall direction for how communications advance business priorities across Life Insurance, Long-Term Care Insurance, Individual Disability Insurance, Wealth Management, and Annuities. In this role, you will be accountable for the effectiveness, consistency, and business impact of the function's communications, serving as the communications subject matter expert for Product Solutions and establishing standards, best practices, and strategic guidance that enable agents, field managers, and Product Consultants to recognize and act on opportunities through timely, relevant, and behavior-focused messaging.
What You'll Do:
• Own and proactively shape the Product Solutions communications strategy and roadmap to address evolving business needs and influence functional direction.
• Set the overall communications direction for Product Solutions, ensuring messaging is aligned, integrated, and effective across Agency Field Engagement, Sales Strategy, and Product Solutions.
• Establish communications standards, best practices, target audiences, timing, desired actions, and success measures to guide consistent, high-impact execution.
• Serve as the communications subject matter expert for Product Solutions, providing strategic counsel and thought leadership to business partners and senior stakeholders.
• Draft clear, compelling communications and coordinate distribution across appropriate channels.
• Continuously assess communications effectiveness and identify opportunities to streamline, consolidate, and elevate the function's impact.
• Advocate for field relevance, clarity, and practical usability while ensuring communications reinforce broader Product Solutions priorities and strategic objectives.
• Analyze insights and performance indicators to refine communications and improve impact over time.
• Leverage feedback, best practices, and subject matter expertise to deliver best-in-class communications support.
What You'll Bring:
Your primary responsibility will be to serve as a trusted communications partner to Product Solutions leaders, supporting their communication needs while keeping the needs of agents and managers at the forefront.
This role requires a high degree of responsiveness, adaptability, and professional maturity, including the ability to remain calm under pressure, pivot quickly as priorities shift, and earn the trust of senior leaders through consistently excellent work.
Required Skills:
• Bachelor's in Business, Communications, Marketing or related field.
• 8-10 years of corporate or business communications experience, with at least 5 years of in-house experience at a Fortune 500. company required, preferably in the financial services industry.
• Excellent writing, listening, presentation and communications skills.
• Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Ability to evaluate competing initiatives and prioritize communications that amplify the most important messages in alignment with strategic business priorities.
• Demonstrated ability to gather, synthesize, and analyze data to develop insights, inform strategic decision-making, and deliver actionable recommendations.
• Ability to navigate a complex organization and operate within ambiguity is a must.
Preferred Skills:
• Comfort using AI tools to enhance productivity, generate insights, and support high-quality strategic work.

Pay Transparency
Salary Range: $119,000-$170,000
Overtime eligible: Exempt
Discretionary bonus eligible: Yes
Sales bonus eligible: No
Actual base salary will be determined based on several factors but not limited to individual's experience, skills, qualifications, and job location. Additionally, employees are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. In addition to base salary, employees may also be eligible to participate in an incentive program.
