The Role
We are seeking a Corporate Strategy Manager to help shape and drive the company’s strategic agenda. This role is responsible for leading high-impact strategic initiatives, delivering rigorous analysis, and providing actionable recommendations to senior leadership to support sustained growth and profitability.
The successful candidate will work independently across complex business challenges, leading cross-functional projects and influencing stakeholders across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead corporate strategy workstreams aligned with company objectives
- Develop strategic plans and oversee execution of high-impact initiatives
- Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and industry trend assessments
- Translate complex analysis into clear, data-driven recommendations for senior leaders
- Support M&A, partnership, and growth initiatives through structured due diligence and analysis
- Drive implementation of strategic initiatives and monitor performance against defined outcomes
- Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies
- Collaborate across business units to ensure strategic alignment
- Contribute to policy, governance, and the ongoing evolution of the strategy function
- Coach and develop team members; may manage small teams or lead through influence
