Key Responsibilities:
- Process single order requests for driver matching of pending orders
- Set up large volume order requests for driver matching
- Coordinate with driver/operators for truck availability and schedule for pending order assignment.
- Assist fleet creation via calling out of drivers fit for client requirements.
Job Qualifications:
- Order Processing or Customer Service experience
- Knowledgeable in Google Suite, Microsoft tools, and Google Maps.
- Can work in shifting schedule and on holidays.
- A plus if familiar with various areas in Metro Manila and nearby provinces.
- Willing to work in Paranaque Integrated Terminal Exchange (PITX).
