The Mission
Your mission is to pivot Motorola Solutions' engagements in one of our most complex battlefields. You will execute strategic initiatives in Public Safety, Defense, and Critical Infrastructure, moving beyond transactional sales to secure long-term, nation-building partnerships.
You will work in lockstep with the Regional Director to land Mega-Deals, personally orchestrating the pursuit through the rigorous RA 9184 procurement landscape.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Counter-Offensive
Execute targeted, industry-specific campaigns to displace low-cost competitors. Your goal is to land the full Motorola Solution Stack (Command Center, Video, Communications) by demonstrating how it exceeds national security agendas where commodity hardware fails.
Drive the adoption of the Motorola Solution Stack across critical verticals: (1) National Police, (2) Defense, (3) Transport, (4) Energy, (5) Utilities, and (6) FDI Zones.
Position Motorola Solutions as the sovereign partner of choice
Bureaucratic Navigation
An authority on the Philippine Government Procurement Reform Act (RA 9184)
Engage deeply with Technical Working Groups (TWG) to shape Terms of Reference (TOR)
Responsible for steering deals from Notice of Award (NOA) to Notice to Proceed (NTP)
Matrix Orchestration
You are savvy with resource deployment. You determine when and how to deploy Pre-Sales Engineers, Solution Architects, and Bid Teams to achieve outcomes.
Act as a driven, independent operator who cuts through complexity to deliver outcomes in the most efficient manner possible. You do not wait for permission to drive progress.
You are a seasoned team player who knows exactly when to escalate political roadblocks to the Regional Director. You utilize regional resources to provide "Air Cover" to unlock stalled decisions at the DILG or DND level.

Basic Requirements
At least 15+ Years of Experience: Proven track record in B2B/B2G technology sales, with significant tenure in a Multi-National Corporation (MNC). Experience operating under strict corporate governance and compliance frameworks is non-negotiable.
Public Sector Fluency: Deep, practical knowledge of the Philippine government procurement lifecycle. You must demonstrate the ability to navigate Technical Working Groups (TWG), Bids and Awards Committees (BAC), and complex validation protocols without legal missteps.
Complex Deal Closures: History of closing more than $5M USD system integration deals involving hardware, software, and services.
Network: Verified access to decision-makers in the Philippine Public Safety sector and/or major Enterprise conglomerates (e.g., Logistics, Utilities, Manufacturing).
Attributes
Resilience & Grit: High frustration tolerance. Proven ability to push deals through 18-24 month bureaucratic cycles without losing momentum or focus.
Tech Fluency: Ability to speak the language of Mission Critical Tech (LMR, LTE, Video Analytics) to build trust with technical stakeholders.
The "General Manager" Mindset: You see the "whole board" —balancing sales hunting, legal compliance, and operational delivery.
