Copilot Strategic Solution Engineer (Enterprise)

As a Copilot Strategic Solution Engineer, you will be the technical leader for Microsoft 365 Copilot and AI agent engagements with Japan's largest enterprise customers - demonstrating value, designing secure and scalable deployments, and driving measurable business outcomes.

【技術提案】

・エンタープライズのお客様に対する Microsoft 365 Copilot / Copilot Studio / AI エージェントの技術提案とデモンストレーション

・お客様の業務課題をヒアリングし、ユースケースの発掘と ROI の定量化

・PoC / パイロット導入の設計・実行・評価、および全社展開計画の策定支援

・技術的な障壁（セキュリティ、コンプライアンス、データガバナンス、ネットワーク等）の特定と解消

【アーキテクチャ】

・Microsoft 365、Entra ID、Purview、Graph を含む Copilot 導入基盤のアーキテクチャ設計

・データセキュリティ・権限設計（oversharing 対策、機密ラベル運用）のベストプラクティス提示

・Copilot Studio / Azure AI Foundry を活用したカスタムエージェント開発の技術支援

【顧客関係構築】

・お客様の IT 部門、セキュリティ部門、事業部門の技術意思決定者との信頼関係構築

・エグゼクティブ向けの技術ブリーフィング、ワークショップのファシリテーション

・Sales / Customer Success / Partner / FastTrack と連携した One Microsoft でのお客様支援

【技術貢献】

・社内外への技術ナレッジ共有、ブログ・登壇・ワークショップ等による技術的リーダーシップ発揮

・お客様の声と現場の課題を製品グループへフィードバックし、製品改善に貢献

・チーム内のメンタリング、技術力向上への貢献

【必須要件】

・エンタープライズ IT 領域におけるプリセールス、ソリューションアーキテクト、技術コンサルタント等の経験 8年以上

・Microsoft 365 / モダンワークプレイス、または生成 AI・AI エージェント領域における深い技術知見

・大規模顧客に対する技術提案・PoC リードの実績

・日本語：ビジネスレベル（ネイティブ相当）

・英語：読み書き・会議参加ができるビジネスレベル

・学士号以上（Bachelors）

【歓迎要件】

・Microsoft 365 Copilot / Copilot Studio / Azure AI の実務経験

・Entra ID、Microsoft Purview、Microsoft Graph を用いたセキュリティ・ガバナンス設計経験

・LLM / RAG / プロンプトエンジニアリングに関する実践的知見

・Microsoft 認定資格（MS-102、AI-102、SC-401 等）

・技術コミュニティでの発信・登壇経験
