Roles and ResponsibilitiesUnder the direction of the Production Supervisor, the Quality Control Clerk is a key role in ensuring and verifying the order information is correct and ready to be shipped. Success in this position is measured by maintaining and/or surpassing the everyday standards of the ID Logistics client.
Schedule: Mon - Thur 2:30PM - 1:00AM. Must be flexible to work other shifts during the first two weeks for training purposes.
Compensation:$19.00 + $1.00 shift differential for hours worked
Status: Non-Exempt
Essential functions of the job
- Checks all finished goods ensuring all the information on the pallet is/are correct before it is put away.
- Order verification (correct SKU, quantity, packaging, and quality)
- Review of production Bill of Materials to stock utilized.
- Review production job instructions to actual activities performed by staff (update/modify or suggest changes as necessary)
- Manage damages.
- QC inbound and outbound shipments/transfers
- Attention to detail and able to multitask.
- Quality checks all pallets or box orders.
- Able to stand for long periods of time.
- Able to transpose information paper to System spreadsheet or vice versa.
- Other Job functions or cross training could apply.

- Operational experience preferred
- Understand SAP & experience working with a variety of WMS
- Knowledge of ERP/MRP Warehouse Management Systems
