Perform order and pallet quality checks to verify SKU, quantity, packaging, and condition before storage or shipment. Review BOMs and job instructions, manage damages, QC inbound/outbound transfers, record data in systems/spreadsheets, and support cross-training and other warehouse duties.

Manage end-to-end warehouse, distribution, packaging, and transportation operations to meet customer expectations, drive continuous improvement, manage P&L and budgets, ensure safety and regulatory compliance, develop staff, and deliver performance reporting across multiple sites.

Inspect finished goods and verify orders (SKU, quantity, packaging, quality). Update production job instructions, manage damages, perform data entry and RF scans, and support warehouse operations to ensure accurate shipments.

Drive continuous improvement using data, KPIs, WMS, and lean principles. Operate powered industrial equipment (sit-down/stand-up forklifts, clamp trucks) to load, unload, move, stock, stage, and prepare product for shipment. Maintain equipment, follow OSHA and site safety practices, perform inventory control and stock rotation, report damage/quality variances, assist with physical inventories, and coordinate with Customer Service, Transportation, and Maintenance. Monday–Friday day shift.

Pick and pack customer orders in a warehouse environment, maintain product rotation and quality, follow SOPs and FDA guidelines, perform quality checks on pallets/boxes, lift up to 50 lbs, and work assigned Fri–Sun shifts. Cross-training and other duties as assigned.
