Job Description:
What You'll Do
- Coordinate end-to-end interview scheduling across multiple time zones, including phone screens, video interviews, panel interviews, and onsite visits
- Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the interview process, providing timely communication and a world-class experience
- Partner with recruiters to manage requisition workflows, track candidates in the ATS (Applicant Tracking System), and ensure data integrity
- Prepare and distribute interview materials, including job descriptions, scorecards, and hiring manager prep guides
- Support process improvement initiatives to scale recruiting operations as Uniphore grows
What You Bring
- 1–3 years of experience in a recruiting coordinator, HR coordinator, or administrative role supporting talent acquisition
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple open requisitions and competing priorities simultaneously
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; you represent Uniphore at every candidate touchpoint
- Proficiency with ATS platforms (Greenhouse, Lever, Workday, or similar) and scheduling tools (Google Calendar, Outlook, Calendly)
- High attention to detail and a proactive, problem-solving mindset
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
- Experience in a fast-growing technology or SaaS company is a plus

Hiring Range:
The specific rate will depend on the successful candidate's qualifications and prior experience.
