The Second Officer will stand bridge watches, assist in navigation, manage safety equipment, deliver crew inductions, and handle guest logistics.

Lead end-to-end search strategy across SEO, SEM and local search for NRMA Parks & Resorts. Drive organic visibility, qualified traffic and bookings, partner with agencies, guide content priorities, analyse performance data, optimise landing pages and explore AI-driven search opportunities to improve commercial outcomes.

Lead end-to-end change for large, cross-functional transformation programs within Membership and Roadside. Develop change strategies, conduct impact assessments, plan readiness, manage risks and resistance, design communications and training, implement champion networks, define adoption metrics, coach leaders, and ensure sustained adoption and governance.

Manage a portfolio of holiday parks and resorts on a 12-month parental leave contract. Provide hands-on operational leadership, drive commercial and guest outcomes, coach and develop site leaders, deliver financial performance, implement data-driven improvements, ensure safety and compliance, and travel regularly across the NSW South Coast to support on-site teams.
