Are you ready to enter the role as one of our key creative drivers in the development of LEGO campaigns and social contents aimed at Chinese children and adults?

This is your chance to bring to life the essence of the LEGO brand in China. Ensuring that the LEGO DNA is present in everything we say will be one of your most important tasks. Our LEGO Agency (OLA) is the in-house agency function in the organization that performs as lead agency for the LEGO Group and focuses on delivering best-in-class campaigns, insight-driven & fit-for-purpose solutions across the LEGO Group. The global development is driven out of The LEGO Group HQ in Billund, Denmark. Location-wise, TLA has four additional, local /regional hubs, based in four main regions – AMS, EMEA, China & APAC.

Our LEGO Agency Asia, serves the Asian markets, covering both China and APAC markets. OLA Asia is focused on developing campaigns for the whole Asian region (with special focus on China) including regional occasion campaigns, amplifying global campaigns to fit the Asian region and localization of campaigns. Covering full value chain from campaign strategy to final in-store solutions.

The Content Creator is reporting to the Creative Director LEGO Agency China/APAC and is responsible for securing strong content output. The Content Creator will be reporting to and working closely with the Creative Director and social content team, located in the Shanghai Hub. The Content Creator is passionate about LEGO and video content creation. As a member of the social content team, he or she will always find the most interesting and flexible way of executing an idea, whether it be through filming, animation, post-production or experimentation. He or she is very familiar with China's social network eco-system, and is able to produce content output that fits different platforms according to their attributes. Insights in Kids communication clearly an advantage but not a demand.

Core Responsibilities

  • Experience in video pre-production, shooting and post-production editing, able to independently complete the social content video or case video production.

  • Flexibility and adaptability, not sticking to the traditional way of content production, daring to experiment and cooperate with external production companies to create world-class content output for the LEGO brand.

  • Strong insight in communication trends in the Chinese Market and social media eco system, create content that fits the brand and resonates with the audience

Do you have what it takes?

  • 3-5 year’s experience in video production at an advertising agency, production house or media

  • Experience in creating quick-turnaround content for social and digital platforms.

  • Strong understanding of social platforms and their requirements.

Skills Required
