- Master's degree or higher in analytical instrumentation-related field
- 2+ years experience in testing and analytical method development
- Experience in biopharmaceuticals (proteins, peptides, oligonucleotides, ADCs)
- Proficient with chromatography and liquid chromatography–mass spectrometry (LC-MS) instruments and related software
- Familiarity with biopharma industry workflows, typical applications, and industry regulations
- Strong self-learning ability, good communication skills, and customer service orientation
- Good English listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills
- Ability to travel approximately 50% of the time
