职位职责 (Job Responsibilities):
- 负责EWM系统的实施与维护。
- 与客户紧密合作，分析业务需求并提供最优的解决方案。
- 确保项目按时、按预算完成，并满足客户的期望。
- 提供与日常运营相关的支持与培训，确保客户能够熟练使用系统。
- 协助公司在未来3-5年内持续拓展日本市场，并支持后续的日本项目实施。
技术经验 (Technical Experience):
- 具备EWM系统（仓库管理系统）实施经验
- 如果没有EWM经验，需具备 LE 的相关经验，并有较强的学习能力和意愿，能够在一年内学习并掌握EWM系统。
- 如果没有EWM经验，需具备 SAP WM或其他仓库管理系统的实施经验，并有较强的学习能力，能够在短时间内学习并掌握EWM系统。
语言要求 (Language Requirements):
- 英语：读写无障碍，口语可以简单沟通。
- 日语：能够进行流利的商务沟通，能够与日本客户顺畅沟通并处理业务需求。
其他要求 (Other Requirements):
- 具有强烈的责任心和客户服务意识。
- 具备优秀的团队合作精神，能够在跨国团队中有效合作。
- 大多时间为远程办公，但是也有部分时间在日本工作，有意愿参与日本市场的开拓和项目实施。
Skills Required
- Experience implementing SAP EWM
- Experience with SAP LE, SAP WM or other warehouse management systems (if no EWM)
- Strong learning ability and willingness to master EWM within one year (if transitioning from LE/WM)
- English reading and writing fluency; basic spoken communication
- Business-level Japanese for fluent client communication
- Strong responsibility and customer service orientation
- Excellent teamwork skills and ability to work in multinational teams
- Willingness to work remotely most of the time and travel/onsite work in Japan occasionally; support Japan market expansion
