  • Lead, coach, and develop consulting and cross-functional delivery talent, including consultants, senior consultants, managers, analysts, and delivery team members; establish clarity around roles, expectations, deliverables, and performance standards while building capability in healthcare operations, consulting delivery, client engagement, analytics interpretation, and change management.

  • Strengthen client and business outcomes by supporting strategic accounts and complex engagements, monitoring engagement performance, resource needs, risks, and financial considerations, and contributing to client retention, expansion opportunities, referenceability, proposal development, revenue growth, business cases, value realization narratives, executive presentations, and other client-ready materials.

  • Drive cross-functional alignment and scalable delivery practices by connecting client priorities, delivery plans, product capabilities, and business objectives; contribute to delivery methodologies, best practices, tools, and standards, and represent the organization in client forums, operational workshops, internal strategy discussions, and select thought leadership opportunities.
