Job requirements

Produce leadership-ready artifacts, including role comparisons, strawman models, and workshop materials, ensuring timely delivery aligned to fixed leadership milestones 7. Collaborate with the Head of Product and internal HR and Legal stakeholders to align recommendations, maintaining a clear distinction between advisory input and client decision-making 8. Integrate new skill requirements and operating approaches into product management roles to support the organization’s transition to an AI-enabled, specification-driven development model Required Skills: 1.
