Job Purpose and Impact
- The Consultant, Identity & Access Management job implements, operates and partners to design identity and access management systems within the organization. With limited supervision, this job maintains secure access to resources, minimizes risk exposure, and maintains compliance with security standards.
Key Accountabilities
- DIRECTORIES & AUTHENTICATION: Analyzes current systems and proposes solutions to improve directory services and authentication processes, including implementing and maintaining identity governance processes and controls to ensure oversight and accountability for user access.
- DIGITAL IDENTITY LIFECYCLE: Implements and coordinates the entire digital identity lifecycle, ensuring efficient provisioning, maintenance, and archiving of user identities.
- PKI, CERTIFICATE AUTHORITIES & KEY MANAGEMENT: Implements and participates in developing public key infrastructure and key management systems to secure communications.
- ACCESS CERTIFICATIONS & RE-AUTHORIZATIONS: Researches and implements access certification processes to ensure compliance and security of user access rights.
- PRIVILEGED ACCESS MANAGEMENT: Analyzes and partners to develop solutions for administering privileged accounts and access to sensitive information.
- ENTITLEMENT MANAGEMENT: Partners to propose entitlement management standards to ensure consistent access control across the organization.
- CENTRALIZED AUTHORIZATION & CONDITIONAL ACCESS SERVICE: Implements centralized authorization services to deploy conditional access policies effectively.
- QUALITY ASSURANCE TESTING & CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENTS: Conducts moderately complex quality assurance testing on identity and access management systems and processes, providing inputs to improve security and efficiency.

- Minimum requirement of 2 years of relevant work experience. Typically reflects 3 years or more of relevant experience.
Compensation Data
The expected salary for this position is $80,000 - $100,000. Compensation varies depending on a wide array of factors including but not limited to the specific location, certifications, education, and level of experience. The disclosed range estimate may be adjusted for any applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. This position is eligible for a discretionary incentive award. The incentive award amount is dependent upon company performance and your personal performance.
