Veeva Systems, a leader in cloud-based solutions for the global life sciences industry, is looking for a Configuration Consultant to join our RTSM (Randomization and Trial Supply Management) team. The Configuration Consultant will configure RTSM projects based on the agreed-upon study requirements quickly and with the highest quality. This position requires great attention to detail. This is a full-time, exempt position. Days and hours of work are generally Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, however hours are dependent on customer needs and deliverables.
What You'll Do
- Work closely with cross-functional team members and customers to understand RTSM requirements
- Configure the RTSM based on customer requirements
- Lead design review meetings with customers
- Provide RTSM expertise and guidance in the RTSM design
- Manage and configure data integration solutions
- Facilitate and troubleshoot the myriad of issues associated with designing complex systems and projects
Requirements
- 2+ year degree or equivalent experience
- 2+ years of customer service or other client relationship experience
- Proficiency in business software including MS Office and Text Editing software
- Excellent attention to detail
Nice to Have
- 1+ years of RTSM/IRT experience
- 1+ years in the Life Sciences industry
- Experience with Veeva Vault

Compensation
- Base pay: $80,000 - $130,000
- The salary range listed here has been provided to comply with local regulations and represents a potential base salary range for this role. Please note that actual salaries may vary within the range above or below, depending on experience and location. We look at compensation for each individual and base our offer on your unique qualifications, experience, and expected contributions. This position may also be eligible for other types of compensation in addition to base salary, such as variable bonus and/or stock bonus.
