Working closely with the HR Shared Service Center, you report to the Compensation & Benefits Manager and take on a strongly analytical and operational role within employment costing, salary reviews, reporting and international C&B projects.Your responsibilities
Maintain and optimize employment cost models (e.g. international costing and salary scales)
Deliver accurate and timely employment cost reporting
Provide up‑to‑date cost data and forecasts to tender, project and risk management teams
Analyze and update compensation benchmarks, policies and practices across multiple countries
Support salary review cycles (scenario building, promotion calculations, management reporting)
Advise Recruitment, HR Business Partners and Country HR on compensation proposals
Develop compensation documentation, reports and presentations
Contribute to international C&B projects such as pay transparency, mobility budget and benefits optimization
Master’s degree or equivalent through experience
5 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits within an international environment
Strong analytical mindset combined with solid financial acumen
Excellent Excel skills; Power BI is a plus
Hands-on and operational: confident in data collection, analysis and costing
Strong planning and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain a clear helicopter view
Solid project management skills, with the ability to structure, drive and follow up on initiatives from start to finish
Fluent in Dutch and English

Skills Required
