Position Purpose
As a Communications Specialist, you will support the execution of communication and social media strategies by creating engaging content, managing daily operations, and strengthening online communities. This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in digital communications.
Key Responsibilities
Social Media & Content Management
Manage and update company’s social media accounts.
Assist in creating engaging content and maintaining the content calendar.
Campaign Support & Analysis
Assist in implementing communication and social media campaigns.
Monitor performance and prepare basic reports.
Community Engagement
Interact with followers, respond to inquiries, and build brand presence.
Support reputation management and handle routine community interactions.
Content Creation & Trends
Produce creative content aligned with brand tone.
Stay updated with social media and communication trends.
Collaboration
Support influencer collaborations and cross-functional projects.
Work closely with executives and managers on communication initiatives.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Marketing, or a related field.
1–2 years of experience in social media management, communication, or digital marketing.
Proficiency in social media tools and digital platforms.
Good creative writing and communication skills.
Strong organizational and time management abilities.
Proficiency in Turkish and English.
Required Skills
Basic knowledge of SEO, content marketing, and digital advertising.
Familiarity with graphic design and video editing tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite).
Understanding of social media analytics tools.
Willingness to learn and adapt to fast-paced projects.
