You collaborate with multiple internal stakeholders as European product and marketing teams, platforms, and shared services to effectively support regional marketing and local marketing teamsYou plan and execute marketing projects and programs on own responsibility and ensure that they are completed on timeYou become the champion and will be the super user for key BD tools and initiatives to enable structured, efficient and compliant working within MMS:BD Veeva Vault (marketing approval processes)BD AdProm (Advertising and Promotion material compliance processes)BD ShowPad (key source to enable access to marketing material for internal and external stakeholders) Within this frame you willAct as knowledge base and key interface for the team when it comes to questions on how to manage internal marketing approval processes (Veeva Vault/ Ad Prom)work in close collaboration with global program managers, the Center of Excellence and the sales effectiveness teamBuild content structure for communication platforms/directories and simplify accessibility that MMS team members will be able to maintain their relevant contentIdentify and Coordinate opportunities for enhancements of tools and manage financial planning and related roll out phases with respective trainings for the teamYou will support the team in the development and creation of customer-specific and MMS overarching marketing material and related website updatesFurthermore you will support in management of marketing events and congresses and related virtual activities and digital presence You will support in Cross-business BDX projectsYou will be open to master administrative activities within overall team projects ExpectationsYou should have an interest in sales and marketing, ideally in an international environment, for products in the healthcare market. Attention to detail with excellent quality control is expected, paired with an understanding of marketing principles. Strong team player, able to work across multidisciplinary teams within different cultures. Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or related field3-5 years experience in a business-to-business marketing communications role , preferably in medical devices, pharmaceuticals, or healthcare IT industryDeveloped project management skills. Ability to manage a high degree of complexity with the required sense of urgencyFluency in English, both written and spoken is a mustAction-oriented with a drive for results and a strong customer focusStrong communication and presentation skills, Analytical skills is a plusSensitiveness of working in multicultural and cross functional teamsExperience of working in a large matrix organizationMaster’s degree in marketing, business, or related fields is a plusKnowledge of the healthcare market or healthcare IT industry is a plusYour competencies & profile:Results-driven and action-orientedSets goals and prioritizesDealing with ambiguity - has the flexibility to deal with changeTakes directions well and does so with a positive attitudeDemonstrated ability to work well with teamsExcellent Communication and presentation skillsStrong Business / marketing affinityInterested in a career with BD, but this position doesn’t fit your skills and experience?
