Lead internal and external communications strategy, manage media relations and crisis communications, oversee content creation and internal communications, mentor the team, and measure campaign impact to align messaging with business objectives.

Plan and execute influencer marketing strategies and end-to-end campaigns, manage influencer relationships and contracts, track and analyze performance, and identify social media trends to propose creative, data-driven campaign ideas.

Create and manage social media content, maintain content calendar, support and implement campaigns, monitor performance and prepare basic reports, engage with community and handle routine inquiries, support influencer collaborations and cross-functional communication initiatives.

Support daily operations across assigned departments (Client Solutions, Communications, Production, Operations, Finance). Assist with project management, data analysis and reporting, contribute ideas for process improvements and creative initiatives, participate in trainings, and collaborate with team members on ongoing projects.

Maintain and improve IT infrastructure, provide onsite and remote technical support, manage systems, networks, backups and cybersecurity, support digital transformation projects, liaise with vendors, and train staff on IT best practices.
