Role Overview
We’re looking for a Communications & PR Manager to own and shape Grain’s voice - internally and externally.
This role is focused on building our external presence through strong storytelling, media relations, and consistent communication, while also ensuring clear and effective internal messaging across the company.
You’ll work closely with leadership and external partners to position Grain in the right conversations, drive visibility, and create a compelling narrative around what we do.
Responsibilities
- Own and drive Grain’s external communications and PR efforts
- Work closely with PR agencies in Israel and globally to execute and scale media activity
- Identify and create opportunities for exposure in relevant global media
- Build and maintain relationships with journalists, publications, and industry platforms
- Write and distribute high-quality content, announcements, and thought leadership pieces
- Manage internal communications (leadership updates, company-wide messaging)
- Support brand initiatives such as events, sponsorships, and content efforts
Qualifications
- Proven experience in PR / Communications (in-house or agency)
- Native-level English – must
- Exceptional writing and storytelling skills
- Strong understanding of media relations and how to generate meaningful coverage
- Ability to proactively identify opportunities and turn them into visibility
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-ownership environment
- Experience in tech, preferably B2B comms, FinTech or financial understanding - nice to have
- 5–8 years of relevant work experience
