Lead Grain's external and internal communications: own PR strategy, manage agency relationships, build media coverage, craft announcements and thought leadership, handle internal leadership messaging, and support brand initiatives including events and sponsorships.

Own daily payment operations, including transaction monitoring, treasury and wallet balances, withdrawals, settlements, recoveries, disputes, and reconciliations. Manage partner onboarding, KYB documentation, and compliance gaps while coordinating with banks, partners, Compliance, Product, and Engineering. Investigate operational risks, resolve issues, communicate proactively, and improve or automate repetitive workflows in a fast-growing fintech environment.

Lead sales efforts to drive adoption of embedded finance and FX solutions within the travel sector. Identify and engage bedbanks, OTAs, and intermediaries; manage full sales cycle from prospecting to close; build C-level relationships; collaborate with product, marketing, and customer success for onboarding; provide market feedback and maintain CRM-based pipeline and forecasts. Regular client travel and meeting sales targets required.

Design, build, and maintain scalable, secure backend services and APIs for a fintech hedging platform. Lead architecture and technical discussions, mentor engineers, perform code reviews, troubleshoot production issues, and collaborate with product and stakeholders to deliver reliable, high-performance systems.
