What You’ll Do
Deliver integrated communication campaigns across internal and external channels for our house of brands: Probe Group, Probe CX, Convai and Innovior.
Create engaging content that reinforces our brand voice, business priorities and employee experience
Partner with internal stakeholders (including Marketing, Growth and People Experience teams) to drive alignment
Support media relations and public-facing communications, including thought leadership and media releases
Manage internal and external communication platforms including our intranet, newsroom and contribute to our social media channels
Track performance of communications activity and use analytics to optimise future campaigns
What You Bring
5–10 years of experience in corporate communications or public relations, ideally in B2B, technology or outsourcing industries
Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills — you simplify the complex and connect with every audience
Proven experience in managing both internal and external communications in fast-paced, dynamic environments
Confidence working with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams
Strong editorial judgement, attention to detail, and a natural sense for tone, timing, and message clarity
Familiarity with communications platforms, digital tools, and analytics to measure success
