Job Description
- SIOP Data Analytics & Forecasting Model Development: Integrate multi-source data from ERP systems (SFDC and SAP), clean and calibrate demand order, WIP, inventory, capacity and material lead time data. Lead data analytics work within the monthly/quarterly SIOP cycle, supporting Demand Planning, Consensus Forecasting, Supply-Demand Balancing, and risk assessment. Build and maintain forecast accuracy analysis models, tracking key metrics including Forecast Accuracy, Revenue at Risk, and Capacity Exposure. Prepare SIOP meeting materials for management, translating complex data into clear, actionable insights and recommendations
- AI Tool Application & Digital Enablement: Adopt AI data analysis tools, predictive algorithms and intelligent scenario simulation models to build demand forecasting, material shortage early warning and capacity prediction models. Replace manual static Excel analysis with AI automated dashboards and real-time alert system, shift supply chain planning from post-review to pre-prediction. Continuously iterate AI models to adapt to customized instrument orders and frequent product iteration features.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Align with Sales team for order forecast and order change information; cooperate with Product Managers for new product launch, BOM version update notification; work closely with procurement and material teams to mitigate long-lead-time material risks. Facilitate monthly SIOP cross-functional review meeting and release unified data insight report.
- Process & KPI Optimization: Unify cross-department data standard, optimize SIOP data reporting process. Focus on core KPIs including production plan accuracy, material availability rate and OTD rate, drive continuous improvement of manufacturing planning capability and order delivery performance.
Skills Required
- Experience integrating and working with ERP systems (SFDC and SAP)
- Proven SIOP / demand planning and consensus forecasting experience
- Forecast model development and forecast accuracy analysis (tracking Forecast Accuracy, Revenue at Risk, Capacity Exposure)
- Data analytics skills including data cleansing, calibration of demand, WIP, inventory, capacity and lead time data
