Mandatory Educational Requirement

Professional Responsibilities
Phase 1: Commercial Sourcing (Business Development)
  • Lead Identification: Target and qualify high-value leads within the global product portfolio.

  • Stakeholder Engagement: Secure and conduct formal pitch meetings with C-suite decision-makers.

  • Pipeline Management: Maintain a high-velocity sales pipeline, utilizing commercial intelligence to provide accurate quotations and secure contracts.

Phase 2: Client Excellence (Account Management)
  • Strategic Advisory: Serve as the primary commercial lead for a dedicated client portfolio.

  • Performance Reviews: Facilitate monthly business reviews to ensure adherence to service level agreements.

  • Revenue Growth: Identify and execute "upsell" opportunities to enhance account value and revenue.

Phase 3: Operational Integration
  • Internal Collaboration: Liaise with customs and internal operations to ensure seamless cargo delivery.

  • Execution: Oversee the end-to-end service cycle, ensuring all documentation meets precise accuracy standards.

  • Data Analysis: Utilise Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to refine commercial strategies and provide clients with market-leading insights.

Leadership: Senior BDM / CAM status.
