As a Senior Compliance Consultant, you will provide regulatory advice, manage client portfolios, support business development, and stay updated on regulatory changes relevant to asset management clients.

Provide depositary administration for a portfolio of funds ensuring AIFMD compliance through cash monitoring, asset verification and oversight; review governing documents, subscriptions and distributions; maintain asset registers; produce quarterly and annual reports; liaise with clients and intermediaries and ensure accurate records and controls.

Provide trust and company administration for a portfolio of private client entities, ensuring statutory and tax compliance, maintaining records and accounts, handling correspondence, supporting billing and client relationships, and escalating risks to managers. Assist with meetings, periodic reviews, and liaise with internal teams to deliver high-quality client service.

Provide day-to-day support to fund administration team: manage correspondence, prepare attendance notes/minutes, maintain statutory and accounting records, assist billing and tax returns, monitor aged debt, liaise with clients and internal teams, and escalate issues to managers.

Provide compliance support for investment-management clients: advise on trading and personal trading policies, prepare regulatory filings (Form ADV, Form 13), manage SEC/CFTC registrations, assist with regulatory exams, review marketing materials, monitor regulatory changes, investigate compliance issues, deliver training, and communicate with clients and regulators while handling sensitive information confidentially.

Support a portfolio of investment-management clients on regulatory compliance: advise on trading and personal trading controls, prepare and submit regulatory filings (Form ADV, Form 13), manage registrations, assist with regulatory exams (SEC, NFA, CFTC), review marketing materials, conduct investigations, monitor regulatory developments, deliver client training, and communicate with clients and regulators while producing accurate, high-quality work.

Provide day-to-day administration for a portfolio of fund and corporate structures, assist with banking, payments and investment transactions, support investor onboarding and record-keeping, respond to client queries, liaise with banks and auditors, and develop practical fund operations and compliance experience.

Manage an allocated client portfolio: prepare and post complex bookkeeping entries, reconciliations, VAT returns, management accounts and annual financial statements. Review and coach junior staff, liaise with clients and auditors, support managers on policies, budgets and ad-hoc accounting projects, ensuring compliance with accounting frameworks and timely delivery.

Lead a team administering a portfolio of complex, high-value funds. Oversee accounting, compliance, risk monitoring, billing and client/adviser relationships. Drive operational improvements, support onboarding, resource allocation, and contribute to management decisions while coaching and developing team members.

Perform investor onboarding and ongoing CDD/KYC for alternative investment funds, review ownership/UBO structures, maintain CDD records, escalate risks, liaise with Compliance and FATCA/CRS specialists, and support the CDD Manager while ensuring AML/CFT regulatory compliance and data confidentiality.

Provide investor services and fund administration for closed-ended alternative asset structures, handling onboarding, capital calls, distributions, client queries, SLA delivery, and compliance liaison while supporting BAU operations and projects.

Prepare and review fund financial statements, maintain ledgers and reconciliations, assist with NAV calculations, fees, carried interest and waterfalls. Support capital calls/distributions, audit and tax deliverables, client queries, and multiple fund structures. Partner with internal teams to ensure timely reporting, improve processes, and act as a point of contact for auditors and tax providers.

Manage a portfolio of client accounting tasks including bookkeeping, payroll, GST, corporate tax, XBRL and preparation of monthly/quarterly/annual management accounts and unaudited financials in compliance with SFRS. Support client onboarding, liaise with clients and auditors, prepare audit documents, monitor performance against targets, and drive process improvements.

Provide investor services administration for a portfolio of funds: onboard investors with CDD, maintain shareholder registers, process subscriptions/redemptions/transfers, manage distributions and investor reporting, liaise with accounting and FATCA/CRS teams, ensure compliance with policies and regulatory requirements, escalate risks, and serve as a client contact for investor-related matters.

Provide investor services and fund administration support: manage investor onboarding and CDD/KYC, maintain investor data in eFront, execute distributions and capital calls, prepare client deliverables, liaise with accounting, ensure policy compliance, escalate risks, and act as investor contact.

Deliver fund accounting and reporting for alternative investment funds: prepare/review reconciliations, investor allocations, fee calculations, and NAVs; support financial statements and audits; manage client relationships; mentor junior staff; and contribute to process improvements and risk management.

Manage a portfolio of private equity fund structures, ensure regulatory compliance and risk management, build client relationships, mentor colleagues, and collaborate across teams to deliver high-quality fund administration services.

Perform fund accounting, NAV production and financial reporting for alternative investment funds. Build client and auditor relationships, ensure accuracy, support regulatory reporting, and drive continuous improvement within a collaborative team.

Lead and coordinate AML/CFT and KYC file reviews across jurisdictions. Conduct and validate CDD assessments, verify client documentation, escalate risks, liaise with stakeholders, maintain records, and support continuous improvement and team development to ensure regulatory compliance and quality standards.
