Role Purpose
The role is responsible for leading the Cayman office with a clear focus on service excellence, operational discipline, and sustainable growth. Working within CSC’s global strategy, this role sets the aligned strategic direction while fostering a culture grounded in CSC’s values—delivering exceptional client experiences (Service), driving results with resilience (Tenacity), collaborating across global teams (Teamwork), adapting to evolving regulatory and client needs (Agility), and leading with integrity and authenticity (Genuine).
The Managing Director ensures alignment across all service lines, enabling consistent execution, disciplined governance, and a high-performance culture that supports profitable growth and long-term client trust.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership & Operational Excellence
- Define and execute the office strategy aligned with CSC’s global direction to deliver sustainable revenue growth and operational excellence.
- Ensure consistent, high-quality service delivery aligned to CSC standards and client expectations.
- Drive continuous improvement and efficiency, leveraging standardized processes, technology, and global best practices.
- Actively respond to market, regulatory, and client changes with speed and adaptability.
Financial Stewardship & Performance Management
- Own P&L performance, including budgeting, forecasting, billing discipline, and cost management.
- Ensure rigorous financial governance, transparency, and accountability.
- Drive a culture of performance ownership and disciplined execution across the leadership team.
Client Leadership & Market Growth
- Champion a client-first culture, ensuring proactive engagement and exceptional outcomes.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to key clients, providing strategic guidance and solutions.
- Identify and convert new business opportunities, building long-term client relationships based on trust and credibility.
- Partner with global commercial and service line leaders to deliver integrated, high-value solutions.
People Leadership & Culture
- Build and lead a high-performing, inclusive team aligned with CSC values.
- Partner with People & Culture to drive talent development, succession planning, and engagement.
- Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous feedback.
- Lead by example with authenticity, transparency, and integrity.
Governance, Risk & Compliance
- Ensure full adherence to regulatory requirements, corporate governance standards, and internal policies focused on a risk based approach.
- Promote a strong compliance culture, reinforcing accountability and risk awareness.
- Oversee client acceptance, periodic reviews, and ongoing monitoring to protect CSC and its clients.
- Serve as a visible leader in upholding ethical standards and regulatory excellence.
External Representation & Market Presence Represent CSC with credibility across clients, regulators, and industry stakeholders.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with local authorities, intermediaries, and market participants.
- Actively participate in industry forums, associations, and networking events to enhance CSC’s brand and influence.
Collaboration & Global Alignment
- Partner effectively with global and regional leadership teams to drive alignment and scale.
- Contribute to cross-functional initiatives, ensuring knowledge sharing and best practice adoption.
- Navigate complex stakeholder environments to achieve aligned, timely decisions.

- Business Unit leadership (Capital Markets, Funds, Corporate Services, Private Client, Unit Trust), Operations
Functional and administrative support teams
