The Client Relationship Manager is responsible for supporting a portfolio of Asia-based corporate services clients serviced through the Hong Kong Client Service team. Acting as a key coordination and execution resource, the Relationship Coordinator partners closely with Asia-based client service professionals, who serve as the primary client contacts, to ensure the seamless delivery of corporate services across Cayman entities and structures. This role serves as a central liaison among the Hong Kong Client Service team, Cayman corporate services teams, Risk & Compliance, KYC Services, Finance, and other operational functions. The Client Relationship Manager is responsible for coordinating client onboarding, governance activities, risk and compliance requirements, Local Acceptance Committee (LAC) approvals, and ongoing client servicing matters, ensuring that client requests are managed efficiently and in accordance with internal policies and regulatory obligations.
Some of the things you will be doing:
Client Service and Relationship Support
- Support the delivery of corporate services to a portfolio of Asia-based clients, primarily managed through the Hong Kong Client Service team.
- Act as the Cayman-based coordination point for client service activities, ensuring timely execution of requests and deliverables.
- Work closely with Hong Kong Client Service Managers and relationship teams to facilitate the delivery of services for Cayman entities and structures.
- Monitor client requests, service commitments, and deadlines, ensuring matters are progressed and completed efficiently.
- Provide status updates and reporting to Hong Kong stakeholders on active client matters and outstanding actions.
- Assist with client onboarding, entity management activities, restructuring projects, and ongoing governance matters.
Local Internal Coordination
- Coordinate the end-to-end Local Acceptance Committee (LAC) approval process for new clients, new business opportunities, and material changes to existing relationships.
- Serve as a key liaison between client service teams and Risk & Compliance functions.
- Coordinate requests from Compliance, AML, KYC, Sanctions, and Risk teams relating to onboarding, periodic reviews, remediation exercises, and ongoing monitoring.
- Facilitate the collection of information and documentation required for due diligence reviews.
- Support adherence to Cayman regulatory obligations, internal policies, and global risk management standards.
Cross-Functional Stakeholder Management
- Partner with KYC Services, Legal, Finance, and Operations teams to deliver coordinated client solutions.
- Manage information flow between Cayman and Hong Kong teams, ensuring stakeholders have visibility into ongoing matters.
- Coordinate activities across multiple jurisdictions and service lines to support client needs.
- Support implementation of operational improvements and service enhancement initiatives.
- Build strong working relationships with regional and global business partners.
Corporate Services Administration
- Maintain accurate client and entity records within applicable systems.
- Support the coordination of incorporations, entity changes, director appointments, governance actions, restructurings, and dissolutions.
- Assist with preparation of management reports, service metrics, and client status updates.
- Ensure documentation is maintained in accordance with regulatory and internal recordkeeping standards.
- Support billing administration and other operational activities as required.
