Job purpose
To provide financial insight and pricing analysis that support strategic decision-making, margin optimization, and commercial performance. This dual role supports both accurate financial control and pricing governance across the business.
The role requires a significant amount of direct contact with the customer – routinely leading problem-solving exercises, to support JM accounts receivable and external customer accounts payable teams in ensuring uninterrupted cashflow.
The role:
- Collaborating with Finance (Price Management team) for timely sales price and payment terms updates from Clients, achieving main goal of business better cashflow
- Timely maintenance of Sales Prices and payment terms in JM operative systems (SAP/Unify)
- Escalating notable system price or payment terms issues towards Finance & Commercial teams
- Maintaining requirements from Regional Customer Service team related to price changes and checks
- Initiates opportunities for control establishments and business profitability
- Support finance teams in Billing Documents (Sales Invoices, Credit, Debit Notes, Cancellation Invoices)
- Support sales & finance teams in processing rebates and reconciliation
- Analyzing processes for establishing continuous improvements and system automation
- Collaborating with auditors related internal and external audits
Key skills that will help you succeed in this role:
- Experience in commercial finance, pricing, or controlling
- Solid knowledge of cost structures, P&L impact, and revenue modelling
- Proficient in Excel, ERP systems (e.g., SAP), and Power BI tool
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Analytical and business-oriented mindset
- High attention to detail and accuracy with the ability to spot risks early
