Process Engineers improve and develop chemical manufacturing processes, designing reactors, control systems, instrumentation, and process documentation. They oversee commissioning, troubleshoot operational issues, support safety evaluations and incident investigations, conduct root cause analyses, and lead continuous improvement, turnaround, PHA, and MOC activities. The role works closely with plant operations, R&D, laboratory, and manufacturing teams and requires significant daily plant presence.

Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards, analyze global procurement spend and cost data, identify savings opportunities, review bills of materials and indirect costs, and communicate insights to procurement, finance, and senior leadership stakeholders.

Leads site supply chain activities, including production planning and scheduling, inventory and materials management, logistics, precious metal accountability, and shipping/receiving. Owns the S&OE process, supports S&OP/IBP reviews, improves schedule adherence and customer service, manages working capital and inventory performance, and leads continuous improvement. The role also coaches the supply chain team and partners cross-functionally with manufacturing, finance, quality, engineering, commercial, and global supply chain teams.

Designs and implements materials and manufacturing processes for fabricated products, improving process efficiency, quality, tooling, and precious metal working margins. Provides technical support to production, develops and trials new processes, establishes process monitoring and controls, trains production employees, and contributes to hazard studies, capital projects, and incident investigations. Collaborates with Operations, Quality Assurance, Scheduling, Marketing, customers, and vendors.

Coordinates platinum group metal requirements, inbound processing, storage, production-line supply, accounting, control reports, waste booking, refinery shipments and returns. Analyzes mass-balance, stock-take and refining variances, supports cost-reduction initiatives, audits and customer compliance. Requires safe working practices, cross-functional collaboration, strong attention to detail, advanced Microsoft Office skills, manufacturing experience, and fluent written and spoken English and Macedonian.

Leads electrical safety training and competency programs, manages arc flash studies, oversees preventive maintenance, and supports troubleshooting. Plans, designs, estimates, and executes electrical and automation projects, including equipment installation, testing, documentation, and continuous improvement initiatives. Leads local implementation of organizational change initiatives, ensures compliance and documentation, manages escalations, and coordinates delivery with Business Partners, Centers of Excellence, and People Operations in a global matrixed organization.

Define and deliver testing strategies across enterprise applications; lead manual, exploratory, and automated testing; collaborate with developers and stakeholders; drive automation and continuous testing; coach other quality engineers; and improve test standards, frameworks, tooling, and overall quality practices.

Plans production schedules for assigned product lines, processes customer orders, plans precious-metal starting stock, monitors delivery and inventory targets, coordinates manufacturing priorities across teams, maintains planning and work-order data, and analyzes production performance to support operational decisions.

Build and deploy Power BI reports, dashboards, semantic models, and embedded analytics solutions. Serve as a Power BI subject matter expert, promote self-service analytics, improve data quality and model performance, and automate operational workflows. Own end-to-end solution delivery from requirements gathering through testing and deployment while collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders.
