Site-based 12-month Plant Improvement Engineer responsible for root-cause analyses, defining and validating corrective actions, creating preventive and predictive maintenance strategies, analyzing CMMS data (MTBF/MTTR), leading plant improvement projects, managing contractors and RAMS, and coordinating handback to operations to improve asset integrity, equipment performance, process stability, and plant availability.
