The Clinical Leader for Molecular Imaging (CML) - Latin America is a senior clinical expert responsible for leading the clinical strategy and execution for the Molecular Imaging portfolio across the region. Acting as the primary clinical authority, this role partners closely with Commercial, Marketing, Service, Product Management, Education, and Global Clinical teams to drive clinical excellence, support business growth, and strengthen GE HealthCare's leadership in Molecular Imaging.
The CML provides scientific and clinical guidance throughout the customer journey, from pre-sales and product evaluations to clinical implementation, education, and long-term customer success. This position also supports key opinion leader (KOL) engagement, regional clinical research initiatives, congress activities, and the dissemination of best clinical practices across Latin America.
Key ResponsibilitiesServe as the regional clinical leader for the Molecular Imaging portfolio across Latin America.
Develop and execute regional clinical strategies aligned with business objectives and global priorities.
Provide expert clinical support to commercial teams during customer engagements, product demonstrations, and strategic opportunities.
Collaborate with healthcare professionals, KOLs, academic institutions, and scientific societies to promote clinical excellence and innovation.
Lead clinical education initiatives, including customer training, workshops, webinars, and scientific presentations.
Support the successful implementation and adoption of new technologies and clinical workflows.
Provide clinical input to product development, marketing strategies, and customer feedback processes.
Represent GE HealthCare at regional and international scientific congresses and industry events.
Identify emerging clinical trends, competitive developments, and unmet customer needs to support business strategy.
Mentor and support Applications Specialists and other clinical team members across the region.
Ensure compliance with applicable regulatory, quality, and ethical standards.
Regional responsibility covering all Latin America countries.
Operates with a high level of autonomy and strategic influence.
Acts as the primary clinical interface between regional customers and global Molecular Imaging clinical leadership.
Influences regional commercial strategy through clinical expertise.

Bachelor's degree in Nuclear Medicine, Radiology, Medical Imaging, Biomedical Engineering, Medical Physics, Medicine, or a related healthcare discipline.
Minimum of 8 years of clinical experience in Molecular Imaging, Nuclear Medicine, PET/CT, or SPECT/CT.
Demonstrated experience providing clinical education, applications support, or scientific leadership.
Strong knowledge of Molecular Imaging clinical workflows, imaging protocols, and emerging technologies.
Experience working with multidisciplinary healthcare teams.
Fluent in English, Spanish and Portuguese.
Willingness and ability to travel extensively throughout Latin America.
Master's degree, PhD, or equivalent advanced clinical or scientific education.
Previous experience in the medical device, healthcare technology, or pharmaceutical industry.
Experience managing relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs).
Scientific publication record and/or experience presenting at national and international congresses.
Experience supporting product launches and clinical marketing initiatives.
Knowledge of theranostics, AI applications in imaging, quantitative imaging, and advanced molecular imaging technologies.
Experience leading cross-functional regional projects.
