Job Description

As Senior Product Manager for the Wise Account in Brazil you’ll own the vision, strategy and roadmap for the products that help Brazilians move and manage money across and within borders. You’ll spot the biggest opportunities with data and customer research, deliver practical, scalable solutions with engineers and designers, and work closely with operations and compliance to make the product exceptional.

This is a hands-on role that goes beyond product specs - you’ll own outcomes, roll up your sleeves on analytics and technical trade-offs, and make choices that directly shape how millions of customers send, receive and spend. In short: you’ll help build the next chapter of Wise’s network for the world’s money - min fees, max ease, full speed.

What You Will Do

  • Shape the product vision, strategy and roadmap using data, customer research, market insight and value-driven principles.

  • Deliver measurable impact by prioritising the highest-value projects each quarter and working closely with Engineers, Designers, Analysts, Researchers, Compliance and Operations.

  • Collaborate across Wise — communicate clearly with other product teams and departments and influence areas beyond your direct remit to create the best experience for customers in Brazil.

  • Go beyond traditional product boundaries: own compliance risk for your product, help unblock technical issues, dig into analytics, and take hands-on ownership where it matters to move faster.

This role will give you the opportunity to:

  • Own real autonomy and visible impact. Set a vision with your team, gather feedback across Wise, make decisions, and own the outcomes.

  • Build money without borders for Brazil. Ship products that help millions of people and businesses send, receive and manage money to, from and within Brazil.

  • Work with a world-class team. Partner with talented engineers, designers, researchers and analysts to turn ideas into reality.

Qualifications

What We Are Looking For

  • Proven experience delivering customer-facing products used by millions of customers.

  • Demonstrated ownership of the entire product lifecycle — from problem discovery through delivery and iteration — with a focus on outcomes.

  • Strong data literacy and a habit of diving into metrics to inform decisions.

  • Solid technical fluency: you understand system architecture and can have credible technical discussions with engineers.

  • Excellent structured thinking — you break down complex, ambiguous problems and connect them to the bigger picture.

  • Bias for action and a hands-on approach: you’ll dig into analytics, talk to customers, read regulations and drive projects forward.

  • Strong communication, stakeholder management and problem-solving skills.

  • Experience working in an agile environment in fintech, comfortable navigating regulated products and controls. Talking to regulators is a plus.

  • Self-driven and comfortable with ambiguity — able to forge new paths when none exist.

  • Advanced English.
