We are seeking a detail-oriented Cash Management Accountant to manage daily cash operations, including incoming and outgoing payments, accounting updates, and urgent or ad-hoc transactions. The ideal candidate will ensure accurate allocation of transfers, direct debits, and standing orders, while supporting efficient month-end closings and inter-departmental reporting. This role requires strong collaboration with banks and auditors, the ability to prepare and analyze cash flow forecasts, and a solid understanding of foreign exchange transactions. Experience in developing financial reports to guide debt and FX decision-making is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage incoming and outgoing cash effectively on a daily basis 
• Update accounting database for daily financial transactions 
• Perform weekly, urgent and ad-hoc payments 
• Allocate transfers and payment receipts (including direct debits and standing orders) 
• Follow standard procedures to improve efficiency in funds transfers, cash disbursements, month-end account closing activities, and inter-departmental reporting 
• Liaise with banks to address any account issues and queries 
• Active cooperation with internal and external auditors 
• Prepare cash flow forecast and analyzing cash position 
• Resolve any issues related to foreign currency exchange. 
• Develop financial reports to assist management in making appropriate decisions regarding debts and foreign exchange plans 

• Higher education (preferably Finance/Accounting/Economy) 
• Experience in Cash Management department would be a great asset 
• Very good English in speaking and writing 
• Excellent communication skills (oral and written) 
• Ability to work under time pressure 
• Well-developed organizational skills 
• Ability to complete tasks in a timely manner 
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite (Excel) 
• Knowledge or experience of Business Objects or Oracle would be a plus
