It requires deep expertise in card-present payments, payment terminals, EMV certification, security frameworks, Android payment platforms, and enterprise payment ecosystems.

Develop and maintain Android applications for payment devices, including demos, integrations, performance improvements, debugging, testing, and production support. Collaborate with product, engineering, and support teams while contributing to CI/CD, test automation, documentation, and transformation initiatives. The role requires strong Android development, Java or Kotlin, backend integration, database, containerization, and complex systems debugging experience.

Supports Verifone’s international legal function by managing global entity governance, corporate records, statutory filings, and corporate transactions. Reviews and administers routine commercial agreements, supports contract lifecycle management, coordinates legal requests, liaises with service providers, and improves legal processes across a multinational organization.

Provides first-level technical support to German-speaking merchants and customers. Responsibilities include creating and prioritizing Salesforce cases, troubleshooting POS terminal connectivity and configuration issues, guiding users through standard processes, processing software updates and equipment replacements, documenting resolutions, and escalating complex cases to second-level support. The role requires structured case ownership, basic technical troubleshooting, German and English proficiency, and availability for rotating shifts including Saturdays.

Provides first-point and escalated L2 technical support for payment terminals. Responsibilities include answering inbound calls, diagnosing technical and operational issues, monitoring Outlook and chat communications, meeting SLAs, identifying recurring issues, supporting root-cause analysis, improving processes, and coordinating with internal teams and external partners. The role requires Portuguese and English communication skills, helpdesk experience, familiarity with CRM or ticketing systems, and a proactive, customer-focused approach.

Leads product strategy and execution across multiple payment technology product lines. Drive new business and account expansion for Verifone’s operational services portfolio, including installation, maintenance, repair, logistics, and device lifecycle solutions. Own opportunities from prospecting through solution development, negotiation, implementation, and revenue realization. Build pipelines, forecast sales, develop customer relationships, present proposals, coordinate cross-functional delivery, and support strategic account growth. Travel throughout the United States and Canada approximately 30–50% of the time.

Lead the DACH payment application strategy and roadmap for terminal software across form factors. Own release planning, certification sequencing, scheme and regulator alignment, terminal/estate management (VHQ), and cross-functional coordination with sales, engineering, and hardware to deliver compliant, market-ready payment solutions.

Coordinate and support delivery of small-to-medium payment solution projects in South Africa. Assist with project planning, risk monitoring, stakeholder communication, technical integration coordination, status reporting, and occasional on-site client support while contributing to team knowledge sharing and process improvement.

Design, operate, and optimize end-to-end streaming and batch data pipelines and the underlying platform. Manage Kafka clusters (including MSK), databases (Redis, Postgres, MySQL, MongoDB), cloud infrastructure (AWS), CI/CD, IaC, observability, and automation. Support migrations to Kubernetes, incident response, and security/compliance best practices while reducing operational toil through scripting and tooling.

Lead MySQL DBA responsible for designing, deploying, and managing high-availability MySQL clusters on-prem and in cloud (AWS). Ensure performance tuning, backups, HA/DR, zero-downtime upgrades, monitoring, security/compliance, automation (IaC and scripting), CI/CD support, and mentor engineers while collaborating with application and infrastructure teams.

Owns Verifone France’s integrated marketing strategy across digital, content, email, advertising, and events. Manages websites, campaign tracking, lead generation, nurture programs, funnel optimization, marketing automation, and performance reporting. Partners cross-functionally to improve lead quality, conversion, retention, pipeline, and ROI. The role requires strong analytical, project management, SEM copywriting, HTML, CRM, marketing automation, and advanced Excel skills.
