Lead MySQL DBA responsible for designing, deploying, and managing high-availability MySQL clusters on-prem and in cloud (AWS). Ensure performance tuning, backups, HA/DR, zero-downtime upgrades, monitoring, security/compliance, automation (IaC and scripting), CI/CD support, and mentor engineers while collaborating with application and infrastructure teams.

Drive transformation, automation/AI adoption, process improvements, and manage a global payroll team while partnering with Finance, Legal, and Talent Acquisition.
