We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Legal Counsel for a 6-month contract with the potential for extension. This role will primarily focus on contracting worldwide and providing local legal advice in Poland, particularly in employment law, corporate law, and KRS filings. You may also be asked to help with international intellectual property matters.

🧩What you will be working on
- Your main project will be updating our end-to-end contract lifecycle management processes. This will include automating contracting processes, developing contract playbooks, and embedding AI-assisted contract review into our existing processes;
- Preparing, reviewing, negotiating, and implementing a variety of contracts across jurisdictions - contracts with vendors, sales contracts, digital assets listing agreements, contracts with independent contractors and employees. There will be some work on intercompany agreements, licensing and NDAs;
- Developing contract templates and updating the terms of use;
- Maintaining a library of contracts and legal documents;
- Drafting of internal policies and guidelines;
- Cooperating with internal stakeholders, e.g., Product, People and Talent, Operations and Sales;
- Helping with daily legal operational responsibilities across all areas of the business;
- Helping with managing intellectual property matters.

- An attorney qualified in Poland (adwokat or radca prawny). Unfortunately, we cannot consider other jurisdictions of qualification for this role.
- Experience in setting up contract lifecycle management processes, negotiating contracts, addressing relevant contract risks and streamlining the contracting process to ensure efficiency and compliance.
- International mindset and experience working across multiple jurisdictions.
- Proactive and direct communication skills, reflecting our commitment to being an integral part of the business rather than an "ivory tower" legal team.
- Openness to testing and implementing new technologies to improve the legal team's operations.
- Excellent time-management, prioritising, and problem-solving skills
- Great attention to detail.
- Excellent command of English and Polish.
