How This Role Makes a Difference

As a Key Account Manager at Care Access, you will play a vital role in driving multi-channel sales strategies to acquire and engage sites and physician relationships. Your primary responsibility will be to maximize acquisition and ongoing engagement by establishing and maintaining strong relationships with Affiliate Sites including Principal Investigators, Sub-Investigators, and CRC’s. 

You will  coordinate with internal and external teams, and ensure seamless communication to achieve successful conduct of all studies. Your diligent assessment of study/campaign progress, strategic reporting, and implementation of improvements will optimize sales performance and scale programs for maximum impact 

How You'll Make An Impact
  • Maintaining relationships with Affiliate Sites, CRO’s, Sponsors, to achieve successful conduct of all studies. Ensuring high quality customer services across country/region 
  • Identify and attend conferences, exhibitions and other marketing opportunities to promote Care Access and develop opportunities to expand our access to patients and achieve company study targets 
  • Identifying and proposing new options and make recommendations to support business growth supporting expansion into new sites across the region.
  • Implementing new service models within region/country to enhance clinical trial delivery 
  • Conduct meetings with key decision makers to gain agreement to drive study delivery. For example, this may be meetings with existing and potential sites, PI’s, GPs, Practice Nurses, Practice Managers, Hospital Consultants and other professionals
  • Participation in PSSV/SEV and SIV meetings
  • Management of the feasibility and start-up process in Care Access studies for Affiliate Sites in your region
  • Keep up to date with local and national healthcare news, issues and guidance 
  • Preparing reports, presentations on activities, results and plans 
  • Implementing new service models within region/country to enhance clinical trial delivery
  • Comply with all regulatory and in-house standard and corporate operational requirements 
  • Awareness of competitor initiatives in previously unchartered recruitment methods 
The Expertise Required
  • Excellent working knowledge of medical and research terminology  
  • Excellent working knowledge of polish regulations, good clinical practices (GCP)  
  • Ability to communicate and work effectively with a diverse team of professionals  
  • Strong organizational skills: able to prioritize, delegate, direct, support, assign and evaluate others work and follow through on assignments  
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills as evidenced by positive interactions with coworkers, management, clients, and vendors  
  • Team Collaboration Skills: Work effectively and collaboratively with other team members to accomplish mutual goals. Bring positive and supportive attitude to achieving these goals  
  • Strong computer skills with demonstrated abilities using clinical trials database, electronic data capture, MS word and excel  
  • Ability to balance tasks with competing priorities  
  • Critical thinker and problem solver  
  • Curiosity and passion to learn, innovate, able to take thoughtful risks and get things done  
  • High level of self-motivation, energy and possess a high degree of urgency.   
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision

Certifications/Licenses, Education, and Experience:
  • Bachelor’s Degree required or equivalent experience 2+ years proven experience in a sales-related environment, ideally from within the healthcare sector 
  • Strong organizational and planning skills to maintain a busy and diverse work schedule 
  • Fluent Polish and good command of English 
  • Proactive approach with the ability to work autonomously 
  • Excellent problem-solving skills 
  • The ability to multi-task and work well within a high-paced pressurized environment 
  • The ability to use your initiative to deliver a great customer experience 
  • Excellent communication skills paired with the ability to develop and nurture relationships 
  • Intermediate/Advanced IT skills including experience of using Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint 
  • Valid Driving License
How We Work Together
  • Location: Work is in the field - Warsaw and surroundings.This role requires 50% of work to be performed in a remote office environment requires the ability to use keyboards and other computer equipment and 50% of travelling – working on the field requires the ability to driving a car. 
  • Travel: This role requires up to 50% travel requirements further explained below. Length of travel will depend upon study requirements, staff needs, and company initiatives.
