This Position reports to:
Product Marketing Director
Scope of Responsibilities – Product Marketing Manager (BMS & KNX)
Develop and implement marketing strategies for building automation solutions.
Position BMS and KNX products in line with market needs, regulations, and technology trends (e.g., smart buildings, sustainability).
Support in defining the product roadmap and functionalities aligned with market requirements (e.g., interoperability, cybersecurity).
Plan and execute GTM strategies for new BMS/KNX components and systems.
Prepare product documentation: brochures, catalogs, presentations, instructional videos.
Train sales teams and partners on BMS/KNX system features and benefits.
Track regulatory changes (e.g., EPBD, KNX standards) and technology trends (IoT, AI in buildings).
Analyze product campaign performance and recommend optimization actions.
Your Qualifications:
Higher technical education – preferably in electrical engineering or automation.
Minimum 5 years of professional experience in building automation (BMS), HVAC control systems, and KNX.
Solid knowledge of the building automation market, including BMS, HVAC control systems, and KNX.
English language proficiency at B2 level or higher.
Independence, openness, and strong organizational skills.
Category B driving license.
