Job Description

The Clinical Excellence Administrator will provide organisational and administrative support to the Clinical Excellence team to facilitate important liaison between Clinical Excellence, DWP and wider HAAS workstreams ensuring a seamless provision of service. The post-holder will achieve this by providing a range of administrative activities and administrative support, in line with demand requirements of the Clinical Excellence Leadership team, ensuring accurate records, reports, presentations and information is obtained, designed, organised, maintained and stored.

Accountabilities: 

  • To support the collation, as directed, of Clinical Excellence performance data against a range of key performance indicators, compliance and quality standards.
  • Provide a reliable point of contact for all Clinical Excellence administrative matters.
  • Working collaboratively with Clinical Excellence workstream leads to support with the administrative requirements.
  • Produce and support in the production and interpretation of reports on Clinical Excellence activity using agreed reporting/display tools.
  • Monitor and collate feedback, providing a summary of data and key themes to the Clinical Excellence team.
  • Use own initiative to maintain and improve administrative systems and procedures including storing and recording of artefacts.
  • Support in the management of Clinical Excellence meeting and reporting calendar in liaison with the workstream leads.
  • Arrange and coordinate Clinical Excellence team meetings and take minutes/actions for distribution.
  • Develop excellent working relationships with the wider Ingeus and Delivery Partner teams, and external stakeholders as appropriate.
  • Support best practice and continuous improvement initiatives and proactively seek opportunities for improving the Clinical Excellence service.
  • Provide administrative support to staff and managers in the planning and delivery of events and strategy.

 

Qualifications

Essential Criteria

  • Experience of using IT based records management/database systems including accurate data inputting.
  • Ability to present large amounts of information and data visually and appropriately to the audience
  • Organisational ability, numerical ability and problem solving skills. 
  • An ability to handle multiple priorities for on time delivery of the highest quality.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work on your own initiative as well as part of a team. 
  • Discretion, with an understanding of the need for confidentiality at all times.
  • Familiarity with business software such as Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook  
  • The ability to work accurately, with attention to detail.    
  • High level of integrity and ability to recognise and correct mistakes and maintain continuous improvements.
  • Detail orientated and driven to achieve common goals.

 

Desirable Criteria

  • Experience of, and ability to, apply contractual/compliance frameworks to document reviews
  • Experience of working with internal/external stakeholders and providers.  
  • Knowledge of where to access up to date information.
  • Experience in a similar role or services industry.
